Today I got an idea which made me think lot about it. It was about an unexpected question which triggered in my mind – By how many ways do bingo players interact with their friends in a room ?

Currently almost all the bingo software provides chat box and private message as a communication means.The software like virtual fusion give an inbuilt mail box too. Does these option pave the way to deeper binding between players ?

Bingo rooms come under a concept of social circle , where the players know each other or have a group whose members are known to each other.Players interact more in such a social circle with more convenience. Based on this scenario an idea got built-in my mind – Players buying tickets for their friends in the room.

Today a village in India decide to rename the village as SnapDeal.com Nagar. SnapDeal.com  is a  company which  is into online Coupon business and have taken over Groupon in india.

Don’t think this as a cheep marketing tactics. This a marketing form based on the social problems. This is what social entrepreneurship is all about. Identifying a social problem and solving it , would also lead to a good business model. Have a look at the speech by Muhammad Yunus wh0 built a micro financing business called  Grameen Bank  based on the social problem.

All most all bingo software allows player to chat among them self and the chat host. This means that the chat host are first point of contact for any player. He/she is the one who is representing from your brand. Serving the players in a most friendly manner would impress the player and make them to return back. Players at bingo room come for fun and entertainment. The chat host must be more funny and make other to enjoy his/her company with them. How to achieve this would be a big question. I have few suggestions here

Giving one to one Care.
Showing more personal care toward each player would be good . But again too much is also not good. So chat hosts can speak twice in a week with the players over private message.

Chat host can give away a small bonus credit to there players. Here I am not speaking about chat bonus. This would be like a gift from a chat host to players. This would be said as a unofficial to players , but that is know to the company.

Generally an public show would have 2 anchors. They would speak in a funny manner , do some dramas and then announces the chief guest of the program or a celebrity on the dais. Hunch has an API through which you can build a custom Hunch-powered applications. These partners will build a custom application on Hunch or embed it’s functionality on their websites or both.But what is the business model here ?

Hunch has a free version of recommendation engine used by many partners. The e-commerce websites will share the revenue generated from purchases recommended by Hunch.This is a kind of revenue share without actually advertising your products. probably in later days CPA kind of revenue model would also be used at hunch.

One more thing which has to be observer here is that whole business model is built around the Hunch API. This means that once the Hunch is popular it would also build it’s own apps which can be used by the websites on monthly premium basis.

In my last semester of under graduation , I developed a limited social networking website for my family called adarakatti.com. Based on this website , I managed to get a job in a civil construction and consultancy company by name E I Technologies. My brother was working under a civil department in this organization . He introduced me in this organization.

I worked on couple of websites here. All these websites were built in PHP and MySql.I worked with my only one senior in this organization. The  organization was pretty good with 25-30 employees. Among those employees there were only 4 IT guys and rest belong to civil department.  Two of them were network and hardware specialist and other two were me and my senior Sandeep Pathania. This is why I had only one senior.

This company was more towards civil construction and not towards technology. So I decided to find a new job. After 2 month of continuous efforts I got a interview call for a gaming company called RealBridge Consulting Pvt Ltd. I attended the interview and passed the technical test. I succeed in getting a job in this company.
